How many times have you felt terrible sitting alone?

See the sweat on your face, yet call it a glow!
For that one person who will bring you flowers, chocolates and marshmallow,
Even without money, give you more, more and more.
For that one person on whom you can erupt like a volcano,
Call anytime, say anything, trouble, tease, play, say a yes but mean a no!
For that one person who calls your bro his bro,
Shares, cares, provides, all like a total pro.
For that one person who doesn’t care what you follow, whom you follow,
Believes caste creed race religion everything is too shallow.
Who just sees the you in you and lets you grow.
Well, for that one person, you are waiting from how long, I don’t know,
You want this you want that from that one person is what I feel so,
You keep chasing that one person in life as if it were your only goal,
What saddens me is that you never think YOU should be the one person you just told.
Its utterly surprising that we demand from the universe as if it was its duty to bestow,
Look for so much in others but have no clue about who we are and what we owe.
When we don’t get that person we want we always feel low,
Feel how life has been unfair to us and its all gods big bad joke.
If only we become the person we are looking for, try a different stroke,
I am sure a lot of us will get the person we are looking for,
the warmth in our cold, the warmth in our cold.
